By accessing and using erginturk.com (the "Site") and its services, including the Micrographics photo editor, newsletter, and digital products, you agree to these terms.
Accounts. You may create an account using your email and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Accounts can be deleted at any time by contacting support.
Subscriptions.Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy at the price displayed at checkout. You can cancel at any time through your account or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
Editor sessions. Pro users may save editor sessions (images and stamp layouts) to their account. Sessions are stored in Supabase Storage (EU region). You retain ownership of all content you upload. Sessions can be deleted at any time. We do not claim rights to your uploaded images.
Digital products. Micrographics component library licenses are delivered digitally via email. License keys are for your use only and may not be redistributed. Each license key is tied to a single purchase.
Newsletter. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive product updates, new component announcements, and developer articles. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
Availability.The Site and its services are provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not liable for any data loss.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
We collect and process personal data only as described below. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Account data. When you create an account, we store your email address, name, and hashed password via Supabase (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt region). This data is used solely for authentication and subscription management.
Editor session data. Pro users may store editor sessions containing uploaded images and stamp layout data. This data is stored in Supabase Storage (EU, Frankfurt). Images are stored privately and are only accessible by the owning user. You can delete any session at any time.
Payment data. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemon.squeezy.com). We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment-related data processing.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email and name are stored in our Supabase database (EU). Emails are sent via Resend (resend.com). You can unsubscribe at any time, and your data will be flagged as unsubscribed (soft delete). You may request full deletion by contacting us.
Weather data. The Site fetches your approximate location via your IP address to display local weather. This request is sent to ipwho.is — we do not store the result.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous page-view metrics. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and no individual users are tracked.
Cookies. This site does not use tracking cookies. Session cookies may be set by Supabase for authentication purposes. These are functional cookies required for the service to work.
Your rights (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You may request data export or object to processing. Contact: contact@erginturk.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Newsletter data is retained until unsubscription and full deletion request. Editor sessions are retained until deleted by the user or account deletion. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax law.
Third-party processors.
Information according to § 5 ECG (Austrian E-Commerce Act) and § 25 MedienG (Austrian Media Act):
Nature of business. Freelance software development, digital product sales, creative portfolio.
Dispute resolution. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
